3. Review Cart: Click the cart icon at the top-right corner to access your cart. Review your selected items and make any necessary adjustments.

4. Proceed to Checkout: Once satisfied, click "Checkout" to initiate purchasing.

Payment Options:

To accommodate various preferences, KYMA offers multiple payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards: We accept major cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and RuPay.

• Net Banking: Select your bank from the list during checkout to pay directly from your account.

• Digital Wallets: Options include Paytm, PhonePe, and Amazon Pay.

• Unified Payments Interface (UPI): Use UPI-enabled apps like Google Pay for quick transactions.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select locations; pay in cash upon delivery.

Order Confirmation:

After successful payment, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order details. Additionally, our customer support team will contact you within 2-4 hours to confirm your order and address any queries you may have.

Processing and Shipping:

• Order Processing: Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) are processed and shipped within 2 working days after payment confirmation.

• Shipping Confirmation: Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information to monitor your delivery.

Cancellations and Modifications:

• Order Changes: If you need to modify your order, contact our customer support promptly. We'll accommodate changes even if the order hasn't been processed.

• Cancellations: Requests should be made before the order is shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations aren't feasible.
