➤ How will I know if my order has been placed successfully?

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation via Email and WhatsApp/SMS from Kyma India. The confirmation will include all order details, including product specifications, customisation details, and payment information.


➤ How do I check the status of my order?

You can check your order status by contacting our team directly on WhatsApp at +91 88495 98845 or by emailing us at KymaIndia@gmail.com.

As every Kyma India piece is made-to-order, our team will keep you updated throughout the production process.


➤ Can I modify my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, shipping details can be modified only if your order has not entered the production or dispatch stage.

➤ How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link and AWB (Tracking Number) via Email or WhatsApp.

You can track your shipment directly through the courier partner's website using the provided tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.


➤ How long will it take for my order to reach me?

➤ When will my order status be updated as "Delivered"?

Please allow up to 24 hours after successful delivery for the order status to be updated in our system.


➤ My order shows as delivered, but I haven't received it.

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification.

➤ I was unavailable during delivery. Will the courier attempt delivery again?

Yes. Most courier partners attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.
