Shipping and Delivery within India:

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders, without any minimum amount requirement.

Cash on Delivery: Cash on Delivery (COD) is available within India for orders below Rs 5,000/-.

COD Availability: You can check the COD availability on the product page itself.

Shipping Cost: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the product.

Domestic Shipping Partners: Our trusted domestic shipping partners include Shiprocket, Xpressbees, Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and more.

Delivery Time: For domestic orders, deliveries typically take 5-7 days in major metro cities and 8-10 days for other locations in India, starting from the order confirmation date. Please allow an additional 3 days for custom stitching orders.
Shipping and Delivery for International Orders (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.):

International Shipping Rates: Shipping rates for international orders vary depending on the destination country and product weight.

Shipping Charges: These charges will be visible during the checkout process.

Cash on Delivery: COD is not available for international orders.

Customs and Import Duty: Any custom or import duty is the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Time: International shipping usually takes 15-20 working days for delivery. Custom stitching orders may require an additional 4-5 working days.
Order Status & Tracking: All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days after payment confirmation from our warehouse. You'll receive an email confirmation for all orders upon receipt.
Delays: While we strive to ship orders within 24 hours of confirmation, delays may occur due to product availability, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. We'll keep you informed about any delays.
Cancellations:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
