Refund Policy

Kyma Return Policy:

Our "Customer Satisfaction Guarantee" makes returns and refunds simple for:

1. Return requests accepted within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Damaged, defective, or broken products upon delivery.
3. Products not matching their description or photo online, or if you're unhappy with the quality.
4. Customized orders, such as fabric changes or made-to-order items, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
5. Video proof required for damaged parcels and other issues.
6. Contact us at kymaindia@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp at 8849598845 to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for return.
7. Refunds will be processed within 2 working days upon receiving the returned product.
   
   Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges after 48 hours of delivery.

 

How to Return an Order with Kyma:

If you wish to return an order, follow these steps:

1. If you want to return a product:
   • Send the return parcel to us at our address. You, the customer, will need to handle the return shipment.
   • Kyma will cover the return courier charges. The shipping courier charge will be refunded along with the product amount.
     
     

     Please return the parcel to the following address within 48 hours of delivery:

     KYMA Pvt. Ltd.
     Plot No-2/F3, Krishna Industry, Kapodra, Varachha Road, Surat, Gujarat - 395006, India

     Kindly inform us before returning the parcel, as we will not accept parcels without prior notification.

Important Note:

• The customer must return the courier within 2 days of delivery. Otherwise, we will not accept the return request.
• Customized orders, such as fabric changes or made-to-order items, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  
  
  

  Kyma Refund Policy:

  Once the parcel is delivered to our warehouse, our team will check the product tags. If everything is in order, we will initiate the refund process for you.

  Refund Process Time: Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days.

  Important Note:

  • Shipping charges and cash on delivery (COD) charges will be deducted from the refund amount. Example: If the product price is Rs. 3000 and the shipping charge is Rs. 150, and COD charge is Rs. 30, then Rs. 2820 will be refunded. (Prepaid orders do not have COD charges deducted.)
